The world's biggest cruise ship, Harmony of the Seas, was delivered to its owners Royal Caribbean as part of a mass ceremony aboard the vessel in Saint Nazaire, Thursday.
The €1billion ($1,140 billion) cruise ship can host up to 6,360 passengers and 2,100 crew members. The Harmony of the Seas which is 361 metres long (1,187ft) and 66 metres wide (217ft), offers a number of entertainment options including an ice skating rink, an 1,400 seat theatre, the world's biggest ship-mounted slide, 23 swimming pools, a climbing wall, hot tubs, two FlowRider surf simulators and the Splashaway Bay water park.
About 2,500 workers have spent more than 10 million working hours on the project since 2013 in order to complete the ship.
The Harmony of the Seas is going to depart for Southampton before heading to Barcelona on May 22 for its maiden voyage.
