Divers wishing to walk underwater on the island of Gran Canaria, Tuesday, used the Sea TREK POD system and diving helmets to breath at the bottom of the sea bed. The Sea TREK POD system and diving helmets allow people to breath with oxygen under water at depths of between 2.5 and 5 metres (between 8.2 and 16.4 feet). Andres de Fusco, a local diver safety expert, said that "the feeling is like walking on the moon." The Sea TREK POD system utilises a float that supports two air cylinders and connects with the helmet feature, providing oxygen to guests below the water surface.
