A fire broke out on the third floor of a Russian Defence Ministry administrative building in Moscow on Sunday. Members of the emergency services rushed to the scene to tackle the blaze and to evacuate around 50 people from the premises.
Firefighters at the scene worked to keep the blaze from spreading. Russia's Ministry of Emergency Situations (EMERCOM) reportedly deployed around 120 officers to help tackle the fire.
According to preliminary reports, the blaze was caused by a short circuit in the building's cable network.
