The most pierced man in the world, Rolf Buchholz attained the Guinness World Record for the most pierced man in the world, at the Venezuelan Tattoo Expo 2016, in Caracas on Thursday.
"I think people should accept other people who look different, it's only the outside not the inside of the person," said Buchholz.
Participants of the exhibition include those with inked eyeballs, whole-body tattoos, clawed tongues and modified skulls.
Founder of the expo, Emilio Gonzalez, said "I think that these days the tattoo culture has got a lot of respect and all the taboos have been broken."
The expo was established six years ago and has become one of the world's most popular tattoo events.
