Russia: Four injured after teen opens fire with air gun at Moscow region school

Footage captured emergency workers outside a local school in Ivanteyevka, Moscow Region, Tuesday, after a teenager opened fire with an air gun, injuring his teacher and three classmates.
According to reports, a 15-year old pupil of the ninth grade attacked his computer science teacher with a kitchen hatchet and then threw firecrackers and shot at others. He is believed to have brought pneumatic weapons to school under his coat.
The assailant allegedly shouted that "he came here to die" before opening the fire, eyewitnesses say. In a bid to flee the shooting, a number of pupils jumped out of the second floor windows. One pupil received an open fracture of the left forearm while another two pupils suffered injuries as a result. The injured pupils and teacher have been taken to hospital.
The assailant was detained following the incident. A criminal investigation has been launched.
