UK: Manchester City fans welcome new manager Pep Guardiola

Thousands of Manchester City fans gathered outside the Etihad Stadium in Manchester on Sunday to welcome the club's new manager Pep Guardiola.
After a warm reception from the fans, Guardiola outlined his philosophy as manager: "What we do here, the players, the trainers, it is for the people. When we try, the most valued prize is for us is sometimes you realise, wow, these kind of people we made them happy."
The former Bayern Munich and Barcelona manager continued, telling the supporters that he needed time to meet his new players, "I know them from TV, but I have to know them and speak with them. Hack them, kick their arse," said Guardiola.
Guardiola, who is Spanish, joins Man City after three years at Bayern Munich where he won three Bundesliga titles.
