Footage released on Wednesday shows personnel from the Russian Armed Forces distributing fresh bread and humanitarian aid to villages across the Hama province.
Aside from bread, the troops also delivered basic provisions including bottled water, flour, sugar, canned goods, rice, beans, biscuits and sweets.
Humanitarian aid is being delivered to besieged areas across Syria following the ceasefire agreement reached between Russia, US and the International Syria Support Group, which came into force on February 27.
