A bus driver not wearing a seat belt is believed to be a reason behind a bus crash in Philadelphia that took place on May 5. The CCTV footage released on May 7 shows the bus driver falling to take a U-turn, falling from their seat due to unbuckled seat belt, and losing control of the bus. According to SEPTA authorities, the bus jumped over a concrete barrier and fell onto train tracks.
