Jets and helicopters zoomed across the sky, while troops and military vehicles paraded through the Red Square in Moscow, as the general rehearsal for the 2017 Moscow Victory Day Parade kicked off on Sunday.
A total of 26 Russian cities will stage parades on May 9 to mark the anniversary of the official capitulation of Nazi Germany to the Soviet forces. More than 10,000 people, 114 military vehicles, including the newest Tor-M2DT anti-aircraft missile systems and 72 aircraft, will take part in the Victory Day parade.
