CCTV caught the shocking moment when a man attempted to abduct a child inside a Citrus County, Florida, store on Tuesday.
The child's mother chased after the abductor, who was dragging the 13 year-old girl by her clothes, across the floor of Dollar General. The mother managed to free her daughter suspect before the reached the doors.
The suspect, 30-year-old Craig Bonello, ran out of the store before being caught by off-duty Citrus County deputy, Jonathan Behnen. Bonello, who has been charged with one count of kidnapping and one count of child abuse, has been arrested several times, most recently in February 2016 for trespassing. He has not previously been listed as a sex-offender.
