Switzerland: Graubuenden suffers another landslide following thunderstorm

Another landslide rocked the canton of Graubuenden in southeast Switzerland on Friday, following a thunderstorm at around 21:30 local time (19:30 GMT) the previous evening.
The landslide pushed towards the village of Bondo, on the border between Italy and Switzerland, forcing residents to evacuate once again, less than a fortnight after a previous evacuation.
"Although there was a dangerous overflow, we did not face a critical situation," said an official, before adding, "It has been a difficult night but thanks to the many volunteers involved and the great work of Protezione Civil, we were ready to face every kind of situation."
There are no reports of missing persons.
