Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov met with US Secretary of State John Kerry after both diplomats gave speeches at the United Nations Security Council in New York, Wednesday. The ongoing conflict in Syria is expected to be the main focus of the meeting between Russia and the United States' top diplomats. Lavrov is scheduled to return to Moscow on Thursday.
