A 150 pound black bear got up close and personal with hiker Stephanie Rivkin, who was enjoying a nice stroll through Sessions Woods Wildlife Management Area in Burlington, and appeared to nearly bite her leg. Stephanie stayed calm throughout the encounter with the bear, who was one and a half years old based on the red tags on his ears, and escaped the incident totally unharmed. Authorities have closed the trails after investigating the encounter.
