UK: Anarchists march to Shard in protest over empty luxury apartments

Anarchist group Class War, led by founder Ian Bone, marched from London's City Hall to The Shard skyscraper on Saturday to protest against expensive apartments remaining empty in the midst of a housing crisis.
Several people attended the protest along with a large police presence deployed amid fears of unrest.
Bone, who called the protest, spoke of housing crisis and wealth, stating that those made homeless by the Grenfell Tower fire remained in hotels or in temporary housing.
Bone called for the people of London to occupy Kensington Town Hall and convert it into housing as a response.
