Renault unveiled its new light-weight 2017 sports car, the Alpine A110, at the Geneva International Motor Show, Wednesday.
The Alpine A110 is fitted with an aluminium chassis and lightweight seats, intended to reduce the weight of the car and improve its agility. It has a 1.8 turbo engine and 250 horsepower and the first edition is priced at €58,500 ($ 61,700).
Over 700,000 visitors are expected to attend the 87th edition of the Geneva International Motor Show, which opened to the public on Thursday. The exhibition will show 900 car models including 148 world and European premieres from 180 exhibitors.
