Russian President Vladimir Putin claimed that the so-called Islamic State (IS, formerly ISIS/ISIL) receives funding from 40 countries, some of whom are G20 members, as he spoke at the G20 Summit in Antalya, Monday. The money comes from private individuals within the states, Putin stated. Putin also took the opportunity to call for the halting of IS's illegal oil trade.
