Dutch police released CCTV footage of 37-year-old Gokmen Tanis, the alleged gunman that shot and killed at least 3 people and injured 9 on a tram in Utrecht, on Monday.
A manhunt is still underway in the Dutch city of Utrecht, after three people were killed and nine injured in a shooting on board of a tram near the city's 24 October Square.
